requirements for the test

1. 50 metres swim of any stroke
2. 3 minutes tread water
3. 3 metres confidence jump

haha. first two.. no kick. until the confidence jump. i went up the platform and my legs trembled. haha. then i see.. heck la.. so many ppl have done it.. just close my eyes and get over with it. jumped in with a big splash! haha. damn fun.
